This policy explains what Scrublo ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit
scrublo.com or place an order, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing
address, phone number if you provide one, and order details. Payment card
details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store
your full card number.
When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you
arrived at our site, and similar analytics data.
When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
When you sign up for email: your email address.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, respond
to support requests, prevent fraud, understand how our site is used, improve our
products and pages, and — if you've opted in — send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary, with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
- Payment processors, to charge your payment method
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, to deliver your order
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Meta, TikTok, and Google, which
may receive information about your visit through cookies and pixels
- Our review platform, if you submit a review
- Our email provider, if you're subscribed
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with
advertising partners may count as "sharing" or a "sale" under certain state
privacy laws — see Your rights below.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember
preferences, measure traffic, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in
your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. We
honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request a copy of it
- Request that we correct or delete it
- Opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Request." We'll verify your identity before acting and respond within the time
required by law.
California residents
If you're in California, you have the rights listed above under the CCPA/CPRA,
including the right to opt out of sharing your information for cross-context
behavioral advertising. Email us to opt out.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop
transactional messages like order and shipping confirmations.
Data retention
We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor our
guarantee, and meet tax and legal obligations. We keep marketing contacts until
you unsubscribe.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including
encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely
secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect
information from children. If you believe a child has given us information,
email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll update the
date at the top.
