purchase you make from it. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree
to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility

purchase from this site.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe our products and display them accurately. Colors may
appear differently on different screens. Product specifications are provided by
our manufacturer and may vary slightly unit to unit. We reserve the right to
modify or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Occasionally a
product may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We
reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, and to
correct errors at any time, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel
your order for this reason, we'll refund you in full.
5. Orders
Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we've accepted your order. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including
suspected fraud, resale, or errors. If we cancel an order you already paid for,
we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent
that you're authorized to use the payment method and that the information is
accurate.
7. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you
upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated
into these terms.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our
business. You confirm the content is your own and accurate. We may remove any
submission at our discretion. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and
we do not suppress reviews because they're negative.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its
operation, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to attempt
unauthorized access to any part of it.

All site content — text, images, logos, and the Scrublo name — is our property
or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Except where prohibited by law, our products are provided "as is" without
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. This does not limit your rights under our Refund
Policy or any warranty rights you have under applicable law.
13. Product use and safety
Match the brush head to the surface you're cleaning. Some heads are abrasive and
can damage delicate, coated, or non-stick surfaces. Test a small hidden area
first. We are not responsible for damage caused by using an unsuitable head on a
surface, or by use inconsistent with the included instructions.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our
products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid
for the product at issue.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your
breach of these terms.
16. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content
or practices.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to
conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal
courts located in the State of Florida.
