30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Use
the product. Try it on the worst spot in your house. If it's not for you, we'll
refund you.
How to start a return
Email support@scrublo.com with your order number and a sentence about why. We
reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Do not ship anything back before you contact us — returns sent without
instructions may not be processed.
Condition
Used is fine. That's the point of the guarantee. We do ask that you send back
the handle and the brush heads.
Return shipping
For a standard change-of-mind return, return shipping is your responsibility.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover
return shipping and you won't pay anything.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue your refund within 5–10
business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can
take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping cost
Shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
Exchanges
If you want a different quantity or a replacement instead of a refund, say so in
your email and we'll sort it out directly.
Damaged or defective items
Email support@scrublo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and
a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't
shipped yet we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's shipped, it falls under
the return process above.
Late or missing refunds
If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you
haven't seen it, contact your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary.
If it still hasn't landed, email us and we'll chase it.
Before you dispute a charge
If something went wrong, email us first. We answer every message and we'd rather
fix it directly than have you go through your bank.
